根据三包政策，本司生产的安定器，伸缩灯均保修12个月。保修须知：
一、客户提供不良品投诉报告，报告内容必须包括：
1、发生地点、时间、以及不良原因是如何判定的；
2、不良品的产品名称型号，产品的条码（即：我司的喷码内容）；

3、不良品完好的整体图片，以及提供同一款不良品的主要部件剪线如：安定器的高压线、然后将这些剪下的重要部件与该不良产品一起拍照图片要求如下：
1先把不良品单独或2－3个放在一起拍一张；
2把有不良品摆好拍一张；
3将每个产品的喷印条码拍摄清楚，必须保证每个条码系列号可以清晰可见；
4拍照要求内容包含产品条码，产品的名称型号、电压、瓦数和数量等；
5凡返回我司，经我司研发技术人员全面检测为合格品的返修品，所有费用本公司不负责；
二、出现下列任意一种或几种情形，均不在本公司免费包修服务范围内：
1、超过保修期的；
2、未按产品使用说明的要求安装、使用、维护、保管而造成损坏的；
3、私自修、涂改本公司保修标志或保修日期的；
4、任何由客户或第三方对产品所进行的维护、更改、变更或有其他常言行为而造成损坏的；如高压线被烫伤或加工而引起高压漏电，容易导致电击、启动不良、闪灯。在此申明：自行更改高压线引起民的一切后果自负！
5、因不可抗力造成损坏的，如地震、水灾、火灾、雷击和运输交通事故等；
6、在搬运、运输过程中，人为造成损坏的；
7、因其他（非本公司）产品设计不良而产生匹配不稳定情况的；
8、未经我公司允许私自进行拆装、维修或加工的；
9、安装不当引起较严重烧坏或不能使用的；
